Over the years we’ve seen quite a few businesspeople that came to us wanting to get in shape. In general, these people have the following traits in common:
- They are always busy, which makes scheduling regular exercise sessions a pain
- They never allow themselves the time to eat properly, it’s always business first
- Their joints and muscles are usually tight and/or hurting from sitting behind the computer, in airplanes, cars and talking on the telephone all the time, which makes performing a lot of exercises difficult and/or painful

- They are usually intelligent and understand why they have to do certain exercises or eat certain foods to get to their goals. This helps a lot with regards to sticking to the program and getting the desired results
We have found that the standard approach of scheduling personal training sessions don’t work as well with businesspeople, for the simple reason that they have to cancel often due to unexpected meetings, business trips etc.
